What

Actions within the Open Asset platform allow users, or teams. An action contains:

Title: Overview of the action.

Definition: Lower level instruction of what the action is to do.

Scheduled for: Provides the date that the action needs to take place.

Assigned To: One or more users can be used to assign the task.

Why

These allows user to perform tasks that either reduce or understand the risk of an asset further.

Actions are created either by either a user or the system.

System actions are created by using the Auto-Action rulesets that will trigger when an insight is added either manually or by running a report.
