Due Diligence Insight Definitions

Insights provide a standard way of providing key definitions of data obtained from either users or reports.

Agreement - Provides agreement information associated to an asset.

Co2 Emissions - Provides key emissions data for the asset when used.

Damage - Marker that indicates damage has been identified on the asset associated to observations of the damage if applicable.

Document - A document has been added to the asset.

Engine - Details of engine associated to an asset.

Exported - Asset has been indicated to be leaving its current region.

Financial Interest - Funder has registered a financial interest in the asset due to a finance agreement in place.

Inspection - Inspection details have been associated to an asset with includes observations.

Location - Provides the current location of an asset.

Manufacture - Information provided on the asset such as make, brand, model, trim etc.

Operator Licence - Marker to inform an o-licence is required.

Outstanding Balance - The remaining balance on a finance agreement associated to the asset.

Registration - Provides details of the asset being registered to an official agency.

Scrapped - Marker to show that the asset has been scrapped.

Stolen - Asset has been reported as stolen by an agency.

Tax - Provides information on tax associated to an asset.

Test - Key information on results from the testing of an asset.

Usage - Provides a usage reading for the asset as either actual, estimated or contractual.

Valuation - Provides a value associated to an asset from different sources. Can be current or predicted values.

Written Off - Insurance marker indication that the asset has been damaged to a level that to repair an asset is more than the value of an asset.
